- The perfect luxury bath salt that's beneficial for relaxing, ache, muscle relief and detoxing. It also benefits you by getting rid of dead skin cells, leaving newer, softer skin.
Directions: Run warm bath water, add 2 handfuls of bath salt to the bath tub. For best results soak for 30 minutes.
Foot Soak: Add 2-3 tbsp. of bath salt into a foot basin filled with warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
